Did you ever dream of becoming a Lawyer? Or becoming a Supreme Court Justice of your country in order for you to be an advocate of justice and promoter of equality under the law? Because I do. I want to be a Lawyer and I am reaching for my dreams to become one.
Meet Judge Brett Michael Kavanaugh or Judge Kavanaugh a graduate from Yale College with a Degree of American History and went to Yale Law School. His career as a law clerk and postgraduate fellow started when he worked under Judge Ken Starr. He also worked for the Florida recount campaign of George W. Bush in the 2000 U.S Presidential Election.
As of September 27, 2018 he is a U.S Supreme Court nominee of President Donald Trump. He has been nominated last July 09, 2018 to fill the vacancy left by the retirement of Judge Anthony Kennedy as an Associate Supreme Court Justice of the United States.

The nomination of Judge Kavanaugh already sprouted a series of crisis between the Republicans and Democrats; but what escalated things even more are the allegations of sexual misconduct that came from three different women, namely; Dr. Christine Blasey Ford, Deborah Ramirez, and Julie Swetnick.
Today, a hearing was held at the U.S Capitol for the allegations of Dr. Christine Blasey Ford of sexual misconduct to Judge Kavanaugh.

Dr. Ford's allegation:
In the early 1980s, when she was 15 and Kavanaugh was 17, she said Kavanaugh and a friend, both “stumbling drunk,” forced her into a bedroom during a gathering of six teenagers at a private home. While his friend watched, she told the Washington Post, “Kavanaugh pinned her to a bed on her back and groped her over her clothes, grinding his body against hers and clumsily attempting to pull off her one-piece bathing suit and the clothing she wore over it. When she tried to scream, she said, he put his hand over her mouth.”She eventually escaped from the room when the friend, identified as Mark Judge, jumped on them and then tumbled on the floor. She said she did not tell anyone about the attack at the time. Her lawyers released a copy of the polygraph exam she took Aug. 7 that indicated that she was not being deceptive.

With the allegation given by Dr. Ford the hearing earlier took a toll to some Pro-Kavanaugh and Anti-Kavanaugh. There are people outside the U.S Supreme Court who are supporters of Dr. Ford and the two other women who has an allegations of sexual misconduct to Judge Kavanaugh.

Frustration and anger were at its worst point earlier. People marched around the Capitol area and headed to the U.S Supreme Court where they shouted and stood in solidarity and support for Dr. Ford and all women who are victims of sexual misconduct.
AS People WE must ALWAYS seek justice and equality under the law FOR THE ACCUSER OR THE ACCUSED And sexual misconduct allegation/s is an obnoxious issue that should be deal with integrity and not with abrupt decision.
As Malcolm X said, I'm for truth, no matter who tells it. I'm for justice, no matter who it's for or against.
We are all seeking the truth in here. And we are also seeking for justice no matter who it's for or against.
On the other hand, news channel and newspaper briskly inscribe headlines regarding the allegations of sexual misconduct to Judge Kavanaugh.
The second allegation came to a woman named, Deborah Ramirez who lives in Boulder, Colorado.

Ramirez' allegation:
"She told the New Yorker that 35 years ago at Yale University, “Kavanaugh had exposed himself at a drunken dormitory party, thrust his penis in her face, and caused her to touch it without her consent as she pushed him away.” She said she had drunk a fair amount of alcohol but remembered a male student shouting, “Brett Kavanaugh just put his penis in Debbie’s face.” She said she had remained silent about the incident for many years because she blamed herself for drinking too much."

Following the allegations of Dr. Ford and Ramirez is Julie Swetnick.

Swetnick's allegation:
"In a sworn declaration, she said that in 1981-1983, she observed Kavanaugh drinking excessively at house parties and engaging “in abusive and physically aggressive behavior toward girls.” She claimed Kavanaugh and others would get girls inebriated so they could be “gang raped” in side rooms at house parties by a “train” of numerous boys. “I have a firm recollection of seeing boys lined up outside rooms at many of these parties waiting for their ‘turn’ with a girl inside the room. These boys included Mark Judge and Brett Kavanaugh.” She added that in 1982, she was a victim of a “gang rape” at which Kavanaugh was present. But she did not say he participated in it and provided no details about where the alleged rape took place."

Sexual allegations are dingy as it sound. Women who experienced sexual assault or sexual misconduct often had a hard time coping up in life after or has a myriad amount and traumatic recalling of what had happened to them.

As a Christian, I am definitely one with all the people involved in this crisis and issue through prayers. God knows the answer. He value each and every single individual because he created us and human lives matter.
"Our lives begin to end the day we become silent about things that matter.
-Martin luther king jr."
Will the voice of Dr. Ford, Ramirez, and Swetnick be heard through all of their efforts of coming out and sharing their stories. Will it matter?
Will the voices of the protesters and supporters be heard? Will all their efforts of walking and standing in solidarity with Dr. Ford, Ramirez, Swetnick, and other sexual misconduct victims matter?
Will the voice of Judge Kavanaugh be heard? Will his testimony and denial of the allegations be heard? What will happen? What will matter?
What matters most? Will it matter?
Will it matter for the people of the United States of America?
Amidst all the allegations of sexual misconduct to Judge Kavanaugh will his nomination to become a U.S Supreme Court Justice matter?
Will it all end with a YES for BRETT? or as others say, is it a KavaNOPE?
What do you think?
